Comparison of HPV testing and cervical cytology in prevention of cervical cancer

Introduction and purposeThis article aims to compare two guiding methods of cervical cancer screening: cytology HPV testing. The objective is provide information on which method currently more relevant in the early detection precancerous lesions. 
 Material methodThis review was mainly based articles collected Pubmed i years 2015-2022. research done by looking through keywords as follows: “cervical cancer”, “cytology”, “HPV testing”.
 ResultsAll selected studies have demonstrated that testing a appropriate indicator for initial high-grade CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) than cytology.
 ConclusionsAccording cited researches, public health system should definitely pay attention first stage screening.
